Los Gatos Historic Renovation

This 100-plus year old Los Gatos home underwent a substantial modernization effort while keeping to the historic nature of the building. Custom kitchen cabinets and custom bathroom cabinets were built using modern techniques while adhering to the turn-of –the-century design. We added a bench seat area along with a unique drop-leaf table, creating a cozy breakfast nook. The living room fireplace was updated with a new rustic alder cap to complement the tile facing.
