My husband and I hired The Wood Connection to build our maple kitchen cabinetry. Previously, we went to a cabinet shop near our home, found a style of cabinet we really liked and asked for a quote. After picking ourselves up off the ground, we found and met with Bobbie at The Wood Connection. For the exact same cabinet style, her quote was significantly more reasonable. And they did not compromise on quality. Top of the line slides and hinges were used and all drawers were dove-tailed. The installation took place almost 20 years ago and they still look new today. We have since used the Wood Connection to help us with two bathroom remodels, new cabinet faces for our old built-in dining room hutches in our almost 80 year old home, a morning kitchen and a long granite topped cabinet located in an alcove. I highly recommend The Wood Connection - I will never use another Cabinet Shop.

Dennis and The Wood Connection were wonderful. We hired him to help us create a custom vanity for our bathroom, and we are thrilled with the results. He worked closely with us to design a cabinet that would maximize storage (he managed to give us TWO functional top drawers -- a rarity in vanities), fit in our space, and be beautiful ... he listened to our needs and desires, made suggestions, was patient, and walked us through the whole process. In the end, the cabinet is incredibly high quality, gorgeous, and wound up costing us the same as a high-end pre-made cabinet would have, only we didn't have to give up one single thing aesthetically or functionally. So, so, so glad we found Dennis and the Wood Connection.

We hired The Wood Connection to do custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel. The result of their consult and design is a beautiful, durable and functional custom kitchen. The Wood Connection created a beautiful custom bureau for me. I came to them with a basic idea of the material, finish, styling, and size I wanted. I needed the bureau to hold a TV on top and I wanted open spaces for a cable box, media player, etc. Bobbie and Dennis designed an aesthetically pleasing piece of furniture that even has secret corridors linking each section for hiding power & connection cables and a cutout in the back around the wall outlet. The craftsmanship and attention to detail The Wood Connection provided is few and far between!

Dennis at The Wood Connection built new cabinets for my laundry room and built kitchen benches for my kitchen. I asked him to match exactly the kitchen cabinets that were already in my kitchen. Even though all I needed was a small cabinet to install over our fridge and match the style of our existing cabinets, her understanding of my needs and her excellent communication timing and skills meant that I never had to do anything other than email until the day I picked up my cabinet. A day later, I installed the cabinet (very well made, by the way) in the awkward space above the fridge, and it fit perfectly! I highly recommend The Wood Connection, especially Bobbie!
